Measure behavioural change

It can be a real challenge to measure qualitative results such as capacity building, social change, awareness or empowerment. To tackle this, outcome mapping (OM) offers a non-linear, vision-driven approach that focuses on capturing behavioural change of people, organisations or networks. You will gain confidence in the use of OM concepts and tools and combine OM with more quantitative approaches.

Course objectives

  • understand how to measure qualitative behavioural change
  • be able to develop progress markers to make behavioural change measureable
  • see the importance of partners in supporting social change
  • understand how to relate outcome mapping with other Monitoring and Evaluation practices

For whom?

You work to bring about complex social changes such as empowerment, democratisation, capacity building or behavioural change to healthier lifestyles. You seek new planning, monitoring and evaluation concepts, approaches and tools that are well suited to complex multi-disciplinary environments.

Course fee

  • Regular fee € 600,00
